The food was delicious and authentic. Chef Kumar is an amazing chef and person. He cooked the food with love and passion. We never tasted such yummy food in years outside of my home country even staying 20 years in USA. And Mr. Mohan was so nice, kind and generous in his service. I would definitely recommend and visit “The Curry Room” on my next visit. Thank you again Chef Kumar keeping the authenticity and integrity of the foods.
We recently had a chance to stay at Reubens at the Palace while visiting London and the dinner we had at the Curry Room was by far the best dinner we had while in London. We ate many places and it was all very good, but the Curry Room really goes above and beyond. We experienced a few dishes including the Spicy Beef Vindaloo and it had the perfect amount of spice and just elegant. The Butter chicken was some of the best we have ever had and I make my own butter chicken which is delicious! We also had the Vegetable Korma and it was by far the tastiest we have ever had with just the right amount of spice and the Paneer was perfect! We also had the Onion Bhaji along with their Poppadum served with house made chutneys- Lime Pickle, Mango Chutney and Raita and they were all perfect. For desert we had their cheese cake which was traditional yet done perfectly, but the star of desert was their Gulab Jamun which is Pistachio Crumble, Saffron Syrup, Vanilla Custard-this was a dreamy desert and full of complex flavors and really finished off the night perfectly. Not only was the food an absolute pleasure but the service we received form the whole staff and especially Mohan was impeccable. He really know how to make you feel welcome all while providing professional, attentive and courteous service. I would highly recommend any one who is visiting London and looking for authentic Indian cuisine and curries that the UK is know for then look no further. Do yourself a favor and have dinner here. Hands down, 5 stars all the way around.

Manager Mohan Senchuri and his team made us feel warmly welcomed, and their expertise made our first taste of authentic Indian cuisine unforgettable. The dishes they recommended were perfectly spiced, and the intimate ambiance added a special touch to our celebration. The Curry Room is a gem for anyone seeking exceptional flavors and service. Great cury options, and the price fix munue gives you the opportunity to taste several of them. Staff is amazing, and they want to make sure you have a good experience.
We are here for the marathon and decided to have some Indian cuisine, and this did not disappoint. It was a calm, elegant, and delicious experience! I had the Thali with the butter chicken, lamb, beef, and each was flavorful and just perfect. Mr. Mohan was friendly and helped us with some suggestions for day trips. Try the honey ice cream! They have the bees right on the roof and harvest their own honey.
This was an amazing experience from the ordering to the service to the food!! Best meal I've ever had!! We had the 3 coarse meal which included samplings of 6 different curry, appetizers and chips with amazing dips! Wish we had a restaurant like this back home in Michigan!!
Simply AMAZING! Service was amazing, we got well looked after by the beautiful staff. Will be definitely putting this on the list to come back to and will be sending family and friends to The Curry Room.
